This new multi building Lifestyle Center has been designed in collaboration with James Parisi of Parisi Design Studio, a nationally renowned Design Firm. The design is the culmination of years spent by the Owners, Pugliese Properties, and the Township of Montgomery. The site consists of a 9,000 sf anchor building with a Starbucks facing the intersection along with four additional retail spaces. Two additional pad buildings that are approximately 5,700 sf each. These buildings are envisioned to contain new upscale restaurant tenants. The three story mixed use building at the rear of the property is approximately 93,00 sf. The ground level facing route 206 consists up upscale retail space and exterior community space. The upper two floors consist of approximately 62,000 sf of residential space. This space will comprise of a mix of one, two and three bedroom upscale units with balconies, large windows and luxury interiors. The last building on the site is a 12,000 sf anchor building.
