where we Began

Our founder, Michael Testa became an architect after a childhood filled with exposure to the construction field (His grandfather and uncle were masons who emigrated from Italy). He became truly passionate about creating something that would be there even when he was gone. After college, he interned with Gabriel Glen and in 2002 he opened his own practice.

The first few years were full of residential and retail projects for GGP Corp and these projects helped to springboard him into more commercial work. His creative, dynamic, and results-driven process led to excellent word-of-mouth referrals and a great deal of growth for the young firm, which included expansion into medical and public works buildings. From there, the projects Michael and his team took on grew in both scope and diversity.

Today, Michael and the team see the future of the firm as one full of even more diversity when it comes to the types of projects they take on. They also look forward to building more client relationships and offering innovative solutions to design challenges, as well as embracing new technology as they expand the firm’s reach to serve clients in other states.
